We’ve been made aware some of our customers in the NG3 & NG4 areas of Nottingham are experiencing water supply interruptions this morning. Please be assured our teams are investigating the cause and as soon as we have more information, we’ll update this page.

Customer Update
Following on from our previous update, we are very sorry if you are still experiencing no supply, poor pressure or discoloured water in the NG3 and NG4 area of Nottingham . This is due to a burst water pipe.
Our teams are on site working to repair this and restore your water supply as soon as possible. We will provide you with a further update by 12PM.

Repair Update
We are really sorry for the disruption to your water supply today due to the burst main in your area.
We are happy to let you know that the water pressure in your area is starting to rebuild now that the main is recharging and you should slowly start to see it restore .
As your supply returns, you might notice some temporary discolouration.
This is completely normal and should clear if you run your cold kitchen tap for a few minutes. We are very sorry for this and thank you for your patience.

Supply Restored
We’re pleased to inform you that the repair for the burst water main is now completed.
The water supply has been returned to normal.
