We’ve been made aware some of our customers in the DY14 postcode area of Kidderminster are experiencing no supply, poor pressure or discoloured water this morning.

Following on from our previous update, we are very sorry if you are still experiencing no supply, poor pressure or discoloured water in the DY14 postcode area of Cleobury Mortimer, Kidderminster due to a burst water pipe.

Our teams are on site working to repair this and restore your water supply as soon as possible. We are confident the repair will be completed by 6AM.

We would like to apologise for the recent supply interruption in your area. We have now completed the repair to the burst water pipe .  However we have now identified a further burst in the area.  

Our teams are working to repair this as soon as possible to get your water flowing as normal again.

We’re pleased to inform you that the repair for the burst water mains in the DY14 & WR15 area of Kidderminster are now complete. 

The water supply has been returned to normal.
