Water supply interruptions in Derby

We’re really sorry to our Customers living in DE22 who may be experiencing supply interruptions this morning. This due to a burst pipe.

A team is already en route to the burst location and will begin working on the repair as soon as they arrive. As soon as our team are onsite, we’ll post more updates on here to keep you fully informed.

We’re really sorry if you’re currently experiencing a loss of pressure or water supply to your home in DE22. Our teams are carrying out some essential repair work. 

Although we didn’t anticipate this affecting our customers, we’re aware the work being carried out may be impacting some customers water supply. The team on site are working as quickly and efficiently as possible and are hoping to have supplies back on as normal as soon as possible.
