Waste Repair Works In Leicester 

We’re making essential sewer pipe repairs in the LE10 area of Leicester and may notice an increase in tanker activity in the area. 

Due to this we have traffic management in place which may cause disruptions to your travel.

These emergency works are essential to our network and we thank you for your patience during this short term disruption.

We'd like to thank everyone for their continued patience as we continue making emergency sewer pipe repairs on the A5, Watling Street at Hinckley.

So our teams can remain safe as they work, we have installed temporary two-way traffic lights outside of the BP garage.

We know this is a busy, well used road and we are sorry for any inconvenience, but it is important that our workers, and other road users remain safe.

While our repairs are progressing well, we expect the traffic management to be in place for at least a few more days, so we encourage anyone who uses the road for their commute to work, or school drop off, to plan their journey ahead.
