Supply Interruptions in Stratford 

We’ve been made aware some of our customers in the CV35 of Stratford are experiencing no supply, poor pressure or discoloured water this Afternoon.

Please be assured our teams are investigating the cause. 

We are very sorry for any inconvenience and will provide further updates here once we have more information.  

We’d like to apologise to those experiencing no supply, poor pressure or discoloured water in the CV35 and CV37 area of Stratford this afternoon.

This is due to a burst water pipe.  

Our engineers are on the way who will assess the burst and start the repair as soon as possible. 

We are very sorry for any inconvenience this may be causing. We’ll make sure this page is updated as we receive more information.

Following on from our previous update, we’re really sorry if you’re still experiencing no supply, poor pressure or discoloured water due to the burst water pipe in the CV35 and CV37 area of Stratford this evening. 

Our teams are working hard to get your water flowing again, but the repair is taking us a little longer than we first anticipated.

We will provide you with a further update by 10pm.

Following on from our previous update, we’re really sorry if you’re still experiencing no supply, poor pressure or discoloured water due to the burst water pipe in the CV35 and CV37 area of Stratford.  

Our teams are working hard to get your water flowing as normal again, but the repair is taking us a little longer than we first anticipated. You may notice tankers around the area which are pumping water back into our network to restore your water supply while our works continue.  

We’d like to apologise for any disruption caused by these tankers.
