Supply Interruptions in Tenbury Wells 

We’d like to apologise to those experiencing no supply, poor pressure or discoloured water in the WV16 area of Tenbury Wells this evening.

We are aware you experienced interruptions earlier today. The booster pumps in the area are experiencing some technical issues and have failed again.

Our engineers are on site working to restore your water supply as soon as possible and are confident this will be done by 12am. We are very sorry for any inconvenience this may be causing and will make sure this page is updated as we receive more information.

We’re pleased to inform you that the booster pumps that supply water to your area are working agian and the water supply is back to normal.
