We’re pleased to inform you we have now resolved the issue in the SY11 and SY12 area of Shropshire.
Our teams have identified some trapped air within our network and are now working to clear this by flushing it out. As the air clears you will see your water supply gradually return.
Your supply may be poorer pressure of slightly cloudy in appearance at first, this is nothing to worry about and as our flushing continues your water supply will settle back to normal.
