Burst Water Pipe in Littledean

We’re so sorry if you notice a slight dip in your water pressure in the GL14 area of Littledean.

This is due to a burst water pipe. We have a team on site working on the repair and are aiming to have this resolved by 9PM.

We really appreciate your patience whilst we work to get this resolved. Please check back here for more updates. 

Our engineers are now on site of the burst water pipe. We will now work on carrying out the repair throughout the evening and restore all water supplies as soon as possible. 

We want to thank all our customers for their patience this evening and we are sorry for any inconvenienced caused.

Our engineers have been working hard through the night to repair the burst water pipe, however this is taking longer than expected. We are aiming to have the repair complete and all water supplies restored by 08:00am.

Following on from our previous update, we’re really sorry if you’re still experiencing supply interruptions due to a burst water pipe. Our teams are working hard to get your water flowing again, we originally hoped to have this resolved by 8am. The fix is taking us a little longer than we first anticipated.

We are happy to confirm that our teams have completed the essential repair work in the area and your supplies are back on as normal. Thank you for your continued patience whilst this was being carried out.
