Supply Interruptions In Dursley
Customer Update
Customers in Dursley and Slimbridge should now start to see their water returning.
We’re really sorry for the impact this burst pipe has had, and although the pipe is now fixed, customers will still be delivered bottled water as we continue to get the network fully back to normal.
To allow our teams to provide water with tankers into the network, we are using two-way traffic lights on the A38 on Bristol Road which we will remove as quickly as we can.
This has been a complicated repair, and we’re incredibly thankful to the local community for their continued patience and understanding.
