Essential Repairs in Stoke-on-Trent 

We’d like to apologise to those experiencing no supply, poor pressure or discoloured water in the ST4 area of Stoke-on-Trent this evening.

Our teams are carrying out some essential repair work, and athough we didn’t anticipate this affecting our customers, we are aware that some customer’s supplies have now been impacted.

We don't want to disturb you throughout the night so will ensure further updates are provided here.

We’re very sorry for any inconvenience this may be causing and are confident this repair will be completed by 8AM.

Following on from our previous update, we’re really sorry if you’re still experiencing supply interruptions due to the essential repairs in you area. 

Our teams are working hard to get your water flowing again, but the repair is taking us a little longer than we first anticipated.

We will provide you with a further update as soon as possible. Apologies for any inconvenience caused and thank you for your patience.

We’re pleased to inform you that the essential works in our area are now completed, and the water supply is back to normal.
