Following on from our previous update, we’re really sorry if you’re still experiencing no supply, poor pressure or discoloured water in the LE12 & LE67 area of Coalville due to a booster failure.
Our teams are working hard to get your water flowing as normal again, but the repair is taking us a little longer than we first anticipated.
You may notice tankers around the area, which are pumping water back into our network to restore your water supply, while our works continue.
We’d like to apologise for any disruption caused by these tankers.
