Conditions for working near our assets

This guidance applies to building projects near our water, wastewater and telemetry systems.

It includes sewers which are the subject of an Agreement under Section 104 of the Water Industry Act 1991 and mains installed in accordance with the Agreement for the self construction of water mains.

Please give a copy of these conditions to your representative or contractor on-site.
