Draycote Water

Draycote Water is a 240-hectare reservoir and country park that draws its water from River Leam which then supplies drinking water to Rugby and Coventry. Draycote Water has everything you need for a great day out, with plenty of activities and things to do.

Work at Hensborough Embankment

The circular route will be open from March 29th 2024. Work will still be ongoing in the area so please stick to the paths when going through the area.

The visitor site is open 7:30am-4:30pm. The visitor hub is open everyday (except Christmas day) 10am to 4pm.

Draycote Water has a smooth surfaced path that's suitable for pushchair and wheelchair access.

We want to make our visitor sites accessible for everyone.

Our team have also created a sensory guide for visitors with cognitive disabilities.

We have a changing place toilet which is located next to the country park, available during car park opening times. The door requires a RADAR key to open.

Dogs are not allowed around the reservoir (except guide dogs). Please use the Country Park and Hensborough Trail.
