Paying your water bill in Regular Payment instalments makes it even easier to manage your bills and to help you budget. You can pick a convenient day to make your payments, as well as a payment frequency to suit you. Setting them up online couldn’t be simpler. Just select your preferred payment method, the frequency of payments and the best date for you to pay and we’ll do the rest. You can even view your Regular Payment schedule online 24 hours a day, 7 days a week on your desktop, tablet, or smartphone. So you can manage your payments and your water bills anytime you like.

If you’re billed based on the Rateable Value of your home, your payments will clear the bill amount before the next bill period starts in Aprill.
If you’ve got a water meter fitted or have assessed charges your payments will build credit on your account to
cover your 6 monthly bills.

Your payments are checked regularly to make sure they’re set at the right amount for you each time we send a bill to you. If
they need to change, we’ll let you know. So you can rest easy knowing that you’re not paying too much or too little.
