Water meters put the control of your bills in your hands. Keeping an eye on how much water you use could not only help save water, but also significantly reduce your bill.

We send bills to customers who have a water meter every six months. The months we read your meter is determined by the area you live in.

You can help keep your account and bills up-to-date by regularly submitting readings and keeping and eye on how much water you're using.

If you don't yet have a meter at your property, you can apply for free.

We always aim to fit your meter outside your home in a location that's convenient for you and us.

If you need to move your meter, change the size of your meter, or report a problem with your meter, we can help.

If you have a Smart Meter installed at your home, you can keep an eye on how much water you're using day-by-day.

You can also compare your usage to similar households, find even more ways to save, and receive notifications if your water usage is higher than normal.
