We're committed to ensuring fair water charges for all our customers. Through our Gap Site and Vancancy incentives, you as a business retailer in our area, can help - and get rewarded in the process!
Gap site incentive scheme
Our Gap Site Incentive Scheme rewards you for identifying eligible businesses that aren't currently registered in the Central Market Operating System (CMOS). This helps us ensure everyone pays their fair share for the water they use.
How it works
*The payments will be proactively triggered and paid monthly.
Additional Information
If accepted, the Retailer will update CMOS, which updates our internal systems with the relevant changes.
Note: Applications are processed in order of receipt
Vacancy incentive scheme
Our Vacancy Incentive Scheme encourages you to help us identify properties listed as vacant in our Central Market Operating System (CMOS) that are actually occupied. This ensures everyone pays their fair share for water usage.
How it works
