If you are moving home, and your new home is out of our area your account will need to be closed. You can close your account anytime, provided it’s not more than 28 days in the future.
What if my water is metered?
We will need a final meter reading on the day you move, but if you are not able to, we can use an estimate from your previous bills. If you are unsure where your meter is located, or how to read your meter visit our water meters section for advice.
If you have already registered
Login to tell us about your house move and if you’ve signed up for paperless billing, an email will be issued when your final bill is ready to view online.
Can I tell you who is moving into my old property?
Yes, simply advise us of their names during the process and we can update their details too. If you don’t know their details don’t worry, you can still proceed without them.
