23rd March, 2026
Carsington, Dractote and Tittesworth Water are calling on all young adventurers to get their walking boots on to enjoy an Easter Trail.
The fun walk will give kids and their families the chance to explore nature at the Derbyshire, Warwickshire and Staffordshire reservoir sites - and find hidden egg cut-outs along the way.
Vistors can answer questions they find on the trail before returning to the reservoirs' visitor sites or cafes to claim an eggs-traordinary prize.
The Easter trail runs from Saturday 28th March to Sunday 12th April, from 10am to 4pm and is largely pushchair friendly, making it fun for the whole family.
As well as gettingout and about on the trail, visitors can enjoy stunning nature and varied wildlife found at the stunning spots during the Easter holidays.
Donna Marshall, Visitor Engagement Manager at Severn Trent said: “Our Easter trails make for great days out for the family, offering the chance for children to explore their inquisitive side while being out in nature.
“Aside from the trail, there is so much more at our sites, including all the nature and wilidlife - you can really can get lost in it all.”
Families can pick up a trail sheet for £4 from the reception area with no pre-booking required, simply turn up on the day.
The three sites hosts a number of different events all year round. For more information visit our website.
