Moving day checklist

There's so much to think about when you're moving home. Our moving day checklist can help you make sure you're all set up for your water and wastewater services.

The first thing on the list is locating your internal stop tap.

Your stop tap controls the flow of water into your home. It’s usually found under the kitchen sink, or wherever your water enters your home. It’s important to know where it is so you can turn your water off in an emergency.

Once you've found it, make sure it's working. If it's not, find a plumber who can replace if for you.
