We’re making one of the largest investments within the water industry, replacing 870 miles of new water pipes across the Severn Trent region – that’s enough to stretch from Birmingham to Berlin. Our £415m investment will give you a secure water future, with fewer leaks and improved water quality.
Works will take place from Monday 3 November 2025 on Alcester Road, B4088, working 100 metres at a time until we reach the junction of Village Road and Leys Road. This phase of work will take approximately 3 months - with work suspended during the festive period. During this phase, there will be multi-way traffic lights in operation.
