We’re investing in North Rugby's future
As part of a major upgrade to the water network across Warwickshire, we’ll be replacing old water pipes in North Rugby area from January 2026 to mid-2026. This essential work is part of our huge investment in the Midlands to reduce the risk of leaks and bursts, improve reliability, and ensure your supply of wonderful water stays strong for generations to come.
We’ll begin on Green Lane, Penn Lane & Churchover from Monday 5 January 2026 and aim to reach Lutterworth Road by May 2026, We will then have some smaller roads to complete and will be in touch with those residents nearer the time.
We anticipate these works to take approximately 6 months. During this period, there will be road closures in operation.
We’ll begin on Thursday 7 May on Harborough Road for approximately 4 weeks, under a road closure. The road will be closed between the junction with Cathiron Lane and the junction with Little Lawford Lane. We will then be closing some other roads in the area. Access will be maintained for residents who live within the closures, but please bear with our team whilst they make the area safe.
