Hampton Magna
Warwickshire
We’re investing in Warwickshire's future
As part of a major upgrade to the water network across Warwick, we’ll be replacing old water pipes in Hampton Magna from May to November 2025. This essential work is part of our huge investment in the Midlands to reduce the risk of leaks and bursts, improve reliability, and ensure your supply of wonderful water stays strong for generations to come.
We know there’s a lot happening across Warwick right now and this is one of several big infrastructure projects in the area. Over the next few years, we will be investing and upgrading in other areas in Warwick so we will be working closely with local partners to keep disruption to a minimum while we carry out this vital work.
We’ll begin on Damson Road from Monday 19 May 2025 and finish on Church Lane by November. Access to homes, businesses and emergency vehicles will always be maintained, and signed diversion routes will be in place when needed. Please bear with our team as they make the area safe for everyone.
The team will be working on Church Lane from Monday 3 November 2025 for approximately 4 weeks, under a road closure. Access will be maintained for residents who live within the closure.
The team will then move on to Church Path, Monday 1 December 2025 for approximately 3 weeks, using give and take boards to control the flow of traffic. Please bear with our team as they make the area safe for everyone.
Once complete, the team will leave site for the Christmas break and will return mid-2026 to complete the remainder of the work on the following roads: Old Budbrooke Road, Lloyd Close, Sumner Close, Daly Ave and remaining Woodway Ave.
