Blymhill Sewage Works

Staffordshire

We’re investing in Staffordshire's future

As part of our commitment to improve river quality and protect our network against future demand, we’re making some essential upgrades at Blymhill Sewage Treatment Works. These improvements will include greater storage and upgrading existing equipment, to ensure it can perform long into the future.

We’re installing 4 new storage tanks, which are a permanent fixture, will be approximately 6m Diameter and 6 meters tall in size and will cover approximately 15m by 15m of land.

Things to bear in mind

  • All improvements will take place within the existing footprint of the treatment works but we’ll be setting up a temporary site compound for our team in private land nearby.
  • The team will be on site, Monday to Friday, 07:30am - 6:00pm.
  • You may notice an increase in traffic whilst the work is being done.
