Severn Trent teams are carrying out repairs on the A42, Trentham Gardens in Stoke-on-Trent.
Crews have been working on the repairs which has required a closure of the lane, in order to keep workers and the public safe.
The lane closure, near to Trentham Gardens, will remain in place as the works continue, including tankering in the area.
We know how disruptive these kind of repairs can be, but we need the lane closure to keep our crews and members of the public safe.
Our teams will be working hard to complete these repairs and get things back to normal as soon as possible. We’d like to apologise and thank everyone for their patience and understanding.
