Supply Interruptions in Shrewsbury

We’d like to apologise to those experiencing no supply, poor pressure or discoloured water in the SY2 area of Shrewsbury this afternoon. We have found that the pumps that help us move water around your area have stopped working.

As we know what the problem is, we’ve already got engineers on the way to reset these pumps which will return the water supply to normal. 

We are very sorry for any inconvenience this may be causing and will make sure this page is updated as we receive more information.              

Following on from our previous update, we’re really sorry if you’re still experiencing no supply, poor pressure or discoloured water due to the issue with the boosters that pump water around your area.

Our teams are working hard to get your water flowing as normal again and you may notice tankers around the area which are pumping water back into our network to restore your water supply while our works continue. Until we get the area back to normal your supply may be intermittent at times.
