Booster Failure in St Briavels

We’d like to apologise to those experiencing no supply, poor pressure or discoloured water in the GL15 area of Gloucestershire this evening. We have found that the pumps that help us move water around your area have stopped working.

As we know what the problem is, we’ve already got engineers on the way to reset these pumps which will return the water supply to normal.

The booster pumps in the area are experiencing some technical issues and have failed again. Our engineers are on site working to restore your water supply as soon as possible.

We're pleased to let you know that although we continue to work on repairing the booster failure we're confident no customers should be experiencing any supply interruptions.

Our teams are working hard to get your water flowing again, but the repair is taking us a little longer than we first anticipated. We will provide you with a further update by 9PM. Apologies for any inconvenience caused and thank you for your patience. 

We're sorry if you've been experiencing low water pressure or no water supply over the last few days. Further to our previous update this is due to an issue with the pumps that help move water around our network.

Our engineers are on site and working hard to resolve this. A temporary fix is expected tonight while we continue working on a long-term solution.
