Supply Interruptions in Derby 

We’d like to apologise to those experiencing no supply, poor pressure or discoloured water in the DE45 postcode of Derby this morning. This is due to a burst water pipe.

Our engineers are on the way who will assess the burst and start the repair as soon as possible.

Following on from our previous update, we are very sorry if you are still experiencing no supply, poor pressure or discoloured water in the DE45 area of Derbyshire due to the burst water pipe.

Whilst the repair continues you may notice tankers around the area which are being used to move water around our network.

We are very sorry for any inconvenience this may be causing and thank you for your patience during this time. We’ll make sure this page is updated as we receive more information.      

We’re pleased to inform you that the repair for the burst water main is now completed. The water supply has been returned to normal. For those that were impacted by this we’d like to thank you for your continued patience whilst this was being carried out.
