Water is a valuable resource, and as the UK population grows and adapts to climate change, demand will only increase.
By designing and building sustainably today, we can help protect supplies for the future. We’d love your support in reducing unnecessary water use in new homes and commercial premises where water is used solely for domestic use.
To help encourage this, we offer incentives for three levels of water efficiency. Depending on the standard achieved, you could receive up to £350 per property.
If you can demonstrate that a new home uses no more than 100 litres per person per day, you can apply for one of the following payments:
