Severn Trent to host Halloween trail across its visitor sites this half term

The Spooktacular Halloween themed trials across the Severn Trent region will run daily throughout October half term, from Saturday 23rd to Sunday 31st October, 10am to 3pm.  

Visitors will be invited to follow the pumpkin trail and hunt for the interesting facts about nature that have been hidden across the site by Wylie, Severn Trent’s elusive water wizard.  

Trail maps can be purchased for £3 each from the reception at the visitor centre at and the proud owner of each completed trail sheet will receive treats from our trick-or-treat basket which can be collected from the visitor centre at the end of the trail.

  • Foremark Water 
  • Staunton Harold Water 
  • Upper Derwent Valley 
  • Draycote
  • Tittesworth

Donna Marshall, Senior Visitor Engagement Officer said: “We’re so excited to be welcoming visitors around our beautiful sites to enjoy the great outdoors and learn about nature this autumn with a spooky Halloween twist. Our sites provide a perfect day out for the whole family and we’re sure that everyone will have a fantastic time seeking out Wylie’s hidden secrets!” 

Fancy dress is not mandatory but is highly encouraged. No booking is required for the Halloween trail.
