Joining the Priority Services Register means we are able to give you the help you need with everything from understanding your bills to providing support during emergency repairs.

Providing support to customers

Please let us know about any medical conditions or mobility issues you have, so we can support you in the best possible way. If you tell us about your situation, we'll make sure you're added to our Priority Services Register. This will help us to help you effectively and efficiently. If you’d prefer, you can email your information to us, or call our customer care team on 0800 0854986. Lines are open 8am to 7pm Monday to Friday, and 8.30am to 5.30pm on Saturdays.

Please note we may need to contact you by phone to clarify your specific support requirements so that we can manage your account appropriately going forward. Please provide a valid phone number above.

If you are requesting a Power of Attorney please also attach the original or certified copy of the Power of Attorney document.

You can upload up to 5 attachments. Each attachment should not exceed 5MB.

We only request health data where we believe we can help you to manage your account or provide additional support during an incident, should one occur.

We will keep any data you provide safe and secure. The data you provide will be reviewed at least every two years, and you can withdraw
your consent at any time.
