Join our Priority Services Register
Please let us know about any medical conditions or mobility issues you or members of your household have. This will help us to support you in the best possible way, with everything from understanding your bills to providing support during emergency repairs.
Providing support to customers
If you tell us about your situation, we'll make sure you're added to our Priority Services Register. This will help us to help you effectively and efficiently.
You don't have to be the account holder or named on the account to be added to the register. Any member of the household can be included. Children under the age of 13 must have consent from a parent or guardian to be added to the Priority Services Register.
