We send bills to customers who have a water meter every six months. The months we read your meter is determined by the area you live in. You can help keep your account and bills up-to-date by regularly submitting readings and keeping and eye on how much water you're using.

We always aim to fit your meter outside your home in a location that's convenient for you and us. If you need to move your meter, change the size of your meter, or report a problem with your meter, we can help.
