We're one of the largest of the ten regulated water and sewerage companies in England & Wales. We strive to provide high-quality service to more than 4.3 million households and business in the Midlands and mid-Wales.
Part of the way we make sure we're poviding a great service is by making our performance information publically available, so you know what we're doing well and what we need to do better.
Discover Water is a website launched by the water industry that shows information about how water companies in England and Wales are performing. Each year, the figures are updated so customers can find out how all the water companies are doing across a range of areas.
These include:
- Water quality and sources
- How water gets to the tap
- Customer satisfaction
- Bills and investment
- Sewage transfer and treatment
- Environmental performance
That information comes from each water company to give an overall view of the industry's performance. This makes it easy for you as a Severn Trent customer to compare your experience of our service against those of other water companies.
