We understand some of our customers need someone to help them manage their Severn Trent account. That’s where our nominee scheme helps remove the stress.
If you would like a friend, relative or carer to help you with your bills or your letters, you can nominate them to speak to us about your account on your behalf – simply let us know. We can even send information directly to them if you wish, but please remember paying the bill will remain your responsibility.This way they can help ensure your bills are always up to date.
