Getting your bill in a different format
Find out about the types of alternative bills we use to help make your bill as clear as possible.
We can send your bill in alternative formats including paperless, large print, Braille and audio. Join the Priority Services Register and we'll make sure we provide you with a bill that suits your needs.
Our standard large print bills are written using the font Arial in size 16 point. However, if you need a larger version of your bill, let us know and we’ll make sure you get a
bill in a size that works for you.
If you need your bills in written in Braille, we can arrange Class 1 and 2 Braille versions for you.
If you would rather receive an audio bill, we can send your bill on CD or cassette. We can also read your bill out to you over the phone.
If you have dyslexia, it can help to have your bill printed on paper that is not white. Let us know if you would like your bill written on an alternative colour of paper.
We can translate our information into a variety of languages, including Welsh, Bengali, Gujarati, Hindi, Punjabi, Urdu and Somali. We can provide a translation service to help you understand your bill. If you would like to speak to a translator, please call us on 03457 500 500.
We want to reduce our impact on the environment, and part of that is to use less paper. If you currently receive printed bills, you can now switch to paperless billing. All you need to to is sign in to your account and update your billing preferences. If you don't yet have an online account, that's ok, you can sign up for an account at the same time.
