The change we’ve made means that customers will get a much quicker service through reduced queuing for live chat and also the speed of response to customer questions. The ChatBot will encourage self-service as part of the answers provided to the customer which will play an integral part of our channel shift strategy.
The name Juno was selected after a colleague called June who had worked on the web self-serve team retired following 22 years of service.
