Phase 2 - Reinstatement

There will be a one week road closure on Kingsway w/c 19th February 2018 which will allow us to fully reinstate the road surface and kerbs. This has been planned during the half term week, to minimise disruption.

Now the pipe has been laid and start to remove the temporary car park over the next few weeks. The road is to be fully reistated in February.

Phase 1 - Complete

This section of the pipeline is routed in the carriageway of the Kingsway. A new car park was created adjacent to the existing car park at Burlish Top. Pipe laying has been completed, both behind behind the temporary car park and also in the old golf course. We then went on to lay pipe in Kingway itself.

There will be a one week closure on Kingsway to allow us to reinstate the road surface. A local diversion will be in place and access to frontages will be maintained at all times.
