Due to the forecasted weather conditions across our region, there’s a possibility of rivers and streams flooding or flooding within the highways and around homes.
If you’re experiencing flooding from a road or a footpath and there’s no evidence of sewerage (toilet paper etc), please report this to your local Council who are responsible for highways drainage flooding.
You can check the UK Government Flood Warning Information Service for updates about possible flooding in your area.
If you'd like to report flooding from river or streams, please contact the Environment Agency and they will be able to assist further. You can find more information and contact details on their website or please contact their Floodline number on 0345 988 1188.
If you experience sewer flooding, our handy guide will help you with what we are responsible for and will enable you to determine different types of flooding, and who to contact.
