Following on from our previous update, we’re so sorry if you’re still experiencing supply interruptions. Due to complications, the repair is taking longer than originally anticipated but please be assured that we are working hard to fully restore all supplies.

With the support of the local council, we’ve put traffic management measure in place to keep everyone safe.

We understand how difficult it can be without water and want to thank you for your continued patience whilst we work hard to restore your supplies.

We’ll provide further updates on this page as soon as we receive them.

The Fire Service are still currently using hydrants in Cheltenham.

If you live in or around the post code GL53 you may experience no supply or poor pressure while this is happening

Once the Fire Service have finished using the hydrants, your water pressure should return to normal.

We're really sorry about any inconvenience this may be causing in the meantime. 

As promised, we’d like to provide you with an update on the situation and let you know our teams have resolved the issue and all supplies are back on as normal.

You will still see us continuing to work in the area to finish off the repair however this shouldn't affect your water supply.

The Fire Service are still currently using hydrants in the LE3 area of Newfoundpool, Leicester.

If you live in or around the post code LE3, you may notice a reduction in your water pressure while this is happening. Once the Fire Service have finished using the hydrants, your water pressure should return to normal in around 24 hours.

If you live in or around the post code LE1, you may notice a reduction in your water pressure while this is happening. Once the Fire Service have finished using the hydrants, your water pressure should return to normal in around 24 hours. 

We are pleased to advise that our teams have repaired the burst water pipe on our network and all supplies are back on as normal.

You will still see us continuing to work in the area to reinstate the burst location. However, this shouldn't affect your water supply.

We are pleased to advise that our teams have repaired the burst water pipe in Church Stoke and your supplies should now slowly be returning to normal.

Please be aware as the water begins to flow back through our network of pipes, you may experience some low pressure but please be assured that over the 1-2 hours, as the water continues to flow, your pressure will return to normal.

You will still see us continuing to work in the area. However, this shouldn't affect your water supply.
