Water Supply Interruptions in Stafford
We’d like to apologise to those experiencing poorer water pressure or no supply in the ST17 of Stafford this afternoon. Our teams are carrying out some essential repair work.
Although we didn’t anticipate this affecting our customers, we are aware that some customer’s supplies have now been impacted. The team on site are committed to getting this resolved quickly and efficiently so the water supply is back to normal as soon as possible.
We’re very sorry for any inconvenience this may be causing and are confident this repair will be completed by 7PM.

Supply Interruptions In Worcestershire
Following on from our previous update, we’re really sorry if you’re still experiencing supply interruptions in the WR2 and WR6 areas of Worcester.
Our teams are carrying out some essential changes to the water network. Whilst this works takes place you may notice your water to be slightly lower pressure than usual or even discoloured in appearance.
This is nothing to worry about and will return to normal as our works are completed.

Supply Interruptions in Tewkesbury
We’re pleased to inform you that the repair for the burst water main in the GL20 area of Tewkesbury is now completed.
The water supply has been returned to normal.

Advice to our Customers in Ratby, Kirby Muxloe and surrounding areas
We’d like to thank everyone for their patience and understanding, as our teams continue to support any customers with an issue with a gas appliance.
Aspect have continued to remain on site and will continue to work through any boilers for those living in Ratby and Kirby Muxlow - while offering support where appliances are suspected to have suffered water damage.
With gas hobs, Sedgwick, our insurance company, will now be taking over any issues with gas hobs including those which Aspect have yet to replace, along with the gas fires and cookers they are already managing. Any quotes or reports of damaged appliances should be submitted in the normal way using the contact details below.
If Aspect have seen your appliance and confirmed that there’s an issue, they will shared your details with Sedgwick to help simplify the process and make this quicker for you. If anyone has a new issue, and suspects damage, please call Aspect to verify.
Sedgwick have access to approved supplier lists for appliances which will remove the need for more than one estimate if you use them.
If you wish to contact your own insurer to make any replacement, you may do so, or if you wish to arrange yourself please do but Sedgwick will need to check the costs estimate provided.
Anyone who needs any extra support through the process, or if anything is not clear – then Sedgwick will be more than happy to help.
We know that things have been challenging, and we really appreciate the patience and understanding by the community as we work hard to visit everyone requiring repair or replacement.

Waste repairs ongoing in Scunthorpe
Following on from our previous update, We’d like to apologise to anyone that may be affected by our ongoing repairs in Scunthorpe.
We have had an update from our team who have made us aware that they are still working on getting this resolved.
With the tankers in the area currently located on Moors Road and Hebden Road we have added an additonal tanker which is located on Holyrood Drive.
These tankers will be continuing to support the pumping stations whilst repairs on our waste asset is carried out.
