When will I be able to see my bills online?

Viewing your bills

We'll send you an email when your next bill is ready to view online. This is usually done every six or 12 months.

If you're not on a water meter your bills are issued in February/March of each financial year (1st April to 31 March), and are payable in two half yearly instalments. The due dates of these instalments are 1 April and 1 October of each financial year.

If you're on a water meter (or on assessed charges) the bills are issued twice a year and payment is due upon receipt.
