What is a Watercard and how can I get one?

Using a Watercard means that you’re in control of your payments. You can even pay early if you want to.

Payments will take up to four days to reach your account so, if you don’t see your payment right away, it’ll soon show on your online account after it’s been processed.

Your first step is to register for a Watercard and set up a payment plan. Once you’ve chosen your payment date, we’ll send a Watercard to you in the post. Then all you need to do is take you bill and your card to your nearest PayPoint store to start making payments.
