My property is empty do I still have to pay charges?


If a water supply is needed for any purpose, including heating, then the homeowner is required to pay charges. This still applies when the property is empty.

If you don’t need the supply, we can arrange a disconnection. Charges will be cancelled from the date confirmation is received.
