I was told my account was on 'hold' but I'm still receiving bills and/or reminders?

We will continue to send bills to keep you informed of your charges

Sometimes we might need to delay our debt collection processes on your account while we complete some work or while you obtain some necessary information for us, for example.

If we do this, you won't receive any reminders, including payment plan reminders, or further debt collection action. You will still receive bills and these are still payable.

If you are receiving reminders then our debt collection processes are not suspended on your account.
