I have received a reminder but I have already paid my bill? Why is this?


This maybe because the reminder was issued before your payment was received.  As stated on the reminder, please ignore it if you have already made your payment.

As a registered user of our online services, you can go to your account homepage where you can check your balance.

If you have not already registered for our online services but wish to do so,  please click  'My account'  from the top of the page and follow the registration instructions.
