I have changed my bank account, how do I amend my Direct Debit details?
If you already manage your account online, you can update your Direct Debit details when you log in to your account.
If you have not yet signed up, you can register to manage your account online. Then you'll be able to update your details.
You can also use web chat to update your details. Use the pink button on the screen to speak to one of our customer service team.
