I am moving house soon, will I get a refund?

Remaining credit

When moving out of the Severn Trent area your account will be closed and any credit balance will be refunded to you within 14 days. You don't need to contact us; we'll do this automatically.

If you are staying within the Severn Trent area and the same account number is used for your new property, any resulting credit will remain on your existing open account.

If you are remaining within the Severn Trent area but a new account is opened for your new property, you may need to contact us to request a transfer or refund of any resulting credit balance.
