You can easily test your water pressure at home. This short video will show you a simple test you can do yourself, to see if there could be a problem with your water pressure. If you do think there is a problem after you've tried this, you can report this online.
Check with your neighbours
If they're having the same problems as you are, it's likely that there's a problem in your area. You can check our interactive map to see if it's been reported, or view our latest news section. Alternatively you can speak to an online advisor by clicking the pink chat button.
You should also check whether your neighbours have been doing any plumbing work on their homes. It's common that one supply pipe can supply more than one home, but your neighbours may not realise they've affected other homes.If it's just your home or property that's being affected and your neighbours' supplies are all ok - You'll need to contact a plumber for help.If you've had some plumbing work done in the last 48 hours it could be related. You may have turned the stop tap off or something simple like that. If you're not sure, it's best to contact whoever carried out the work. You can also search our approved plumbers list.
Do you have cold water but no hot water?
If you have cold water but no hot, this indicates an internal problem which a plumber should be able to help you with.
