Am I entitled to a payment for my water going off?

If you've received a letter in advance and your water supply went off within the time specified then you would not be entitled to a payment.

If your water went off outside of time specified on the letter, or your supply was off for planned work without notice, then you may be entitled to a payment. Find out more information about our guaranteed service standard (PDF).
