I've submitted an application, what happens next?

What happens next

For applications for a new water supply we'll acknowledge receipt of your application within 3 days. Then we will arrange for one of our Customer Experience Managers to visit the site and provide you with a quote and answer any questions you may have about the whole process.

If you're happy to proceed with the application you will then lay your pipework. Once complete we will need to come and inspect it and then arrange for the connection to the main to be made.
