Our site inspectors are split into two teams. One covers the east of our region, another the west.

Building Over

The Building-Over team helps residential developers to understand and plan what needs to be done when working near our pipes and manholes.

The Asset Protection team help commercial developers to understand and plan what needs to be done when working near our pipes and other infrastructure.

The Asset Protection team are not able to help with queries about household bills or problems with water and waste services. Contact our customer teams for questions about your account and services.
