Every year we make a submission to our economic regulator, the Water Services Regulation Authority (Ofwat), setting out the key aspects of our performance on service, investment and efficiency.  This is called the June Return.

The information contained in the June Return enables Ofwat to monitor our progress against other water companies in terms of operational efficiency, customer service, capital programme delivery and financial performance.  It is also used by Ofwat to measure against our business plan.

A copy of the Board Overview of our June Return for 2009-10 is available for download to the right. It summarises how we have performed over the year under each of our Key Strategic Intentions.

Improvements delivered this year include reductions in the number of customers at risk of low pressure, better customer service and, despite one of the coldest winters in 30 years, better measurement and management of leakage.
